Is ParkToPlan free?

Yes — the core app is completely free to download and use. A Pro subscription unlocks unlimited AI planning with Hop, Ride Radar, Park Pulse, historical wait time charts, and an ad-free experience.

Which parks are supported?

ParkToPlan currently supports all four Walt Disney World parks — Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. Universal Orlando is coming soon.

How accurate are the wait times?

Wait times are sourced and refreshed every few minutes. They're based on real-time data and are as accurate as any publicly available source. If something looks off, pull to refresh — parks occasionally have data delays on their end.

Who is Hop?

Hop is ParkToPlan's AI assistant, built to be a theme park expert in the palm of your hand. Tell Hop your party size, must-do rides, dining preferences, and arrival time — and get a minute-by-minute itinerary optimized around live wait times and your priorities. Access to Hop requires a Pro subscription.

Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?

Absolutely. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time in your device's account settings — no hoops, no retention screens.

Does the app work offline or inside the park?

Live wait times and Hop require an internet connection, but your saved itinerary and park maps are available offline so you're never totally stuck without signal.

No. ParkToPlan is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, or any other theme park.
