Welcome to ParkToPlan. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
By downloading, accessing, or using ParkToPlan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ParkToPlan.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ParkToPlan. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or guardian's permission. Some features — including purchasing a Pro subscription — may require you to be 18 or older.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate information and notify us at support@parktoplan.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
ParkToPlan provides theme park guests with tools including live wait times, ride and attraction information, interactive maps, AI-powered itinerary planning (Hop), dining discovery, and subscription-based Pro features.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, ParkToPlan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any theme park. Park names, ride names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Wait times, crowd predictions, schedules, and other dynamic information are provided on a best-effort basis and may not always be accurate. Verify critical information directly with the park.
Certain features — including unlimited AI planning with Hop, Ride Radar, Park Pulse, historical wait time charts, and ad removal — require an active ParkToPlan Pro subscription.
Payments are processed by third parties (Apple, Google, Stripe). We do not store full card details. You authorize us and our processors to charge your payment method for the selected plan. If a price is listed in error, we may cancel the transaction and refund any amount charged.
ParkToPlan uses location data for in-park navigation, nearby attraction recommendations, and wait time accuracy. You can enable or disable location access in your device settings at any time, though doing so may limit certain features. See our Privacy Policy for details.

All content provided by ParkToPlan — including the Hop AI, maps, UI, and written content — is owned by ParkToPlan or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
If you submit content (such as ratings or wait-time reports), you keep ownership but grant ParkToPlan a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with operating and improving the Service.
Hop, our AI park planning assistant, generates itinerary suggestions based on available data. Hop's recommendations are for informational purposes and should not replace your own judgment or official park guidance. ParkToPlan does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated plan.
ParkToPlan may link to or integrate with third-party services (mapping providers, payment processors, ticketing systems). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParkToPlan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or enjoyment, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParkToPlan and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing any formal claim, please contact us at legal@parktoplan.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Any unresolved dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class actions, except where unenforceable. EU and UK consumers retain their statutory rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
